At ESCA Software we treat your data with respect and confidentiality. This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for and how we protect it. Law No. 29733 is the current regulation governing the processing of personal data in Peru: it guarantees the fundamental right to privacy, requiring prior, informed and express consent for the use of personal information. ESCA complies with this law.

What data we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we may collect:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.
  • Company or accounting firm (legal name).
  • Document type and number (RUC, DNI or other).
  • The message or inquiry you send us.

While using the applications we may also collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system and session data, necessary for the proper functioning of the service.

What we use your data for

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Reply to you and coordinate the personalized demo you requested.
  • Provide the contracted services.
  • Send you information about updates or new ESCA products, only if you gave your consent.
  • Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Confidentiality and security

Your data is treated with the same confidentiality we apply in our accounting practice. We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access restricted to authorized personnel.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes. We do use the following data processors — providers that process your data only under our instructions, so we can deliver the service — and only share it with anyone outside this list if a legal or judicial mandate requires it:
  • Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script): records your demo request in our leads database.
  • Resend: sends the email notification to our sales team when you request a demo.
  • Google Analytics: only if you accepted analytics cookies in the site's banner; it is never activated without your prior consent.

Your rights over your data

Law No. 29733 guarantees the fundamental right to privacy, requiring prior, informed and express consent for the use of personal information. Under this law, you have the following rights:

In accordance with Law No. 29733, you have the right to:

  • Opposition: object to us using your data for specific purposes such as sending communications.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at administracion@esca.com.pe stating your request and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond promptly.
