Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing and using the ESCA Software website and applications, the user accepts these conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

Who we are

ESCA Software is the digital product line of ESCA — Estudio de Servicios Contables y Afines S.A.C., domiciled in Lima, Peru, with over 40 years of experience in accounting and tax services. Contact: administracion@esca.com.pe | (01) 224-0630.

The applications we offer are: XML ESCA (bulk SUNAT XML download), Automated SUNAT Mailbox (SOL mailbox monitoring) and Attendance Control Automation (biometric staff management).

Use of the service

Access to the applications is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis. The user agrees to:

  • Use the platform only for authorized purposes and in a lawful manner.
  • Keep access credentials confidential.
  • Provide truthful, up-to-date information when registering or requesting contact.
  • Not assign or share their account with third parties.

What is not allowed

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the system.
  • Introducing viruses, malware or other harmful elements.
  • Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing content without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering the applications.
  • Overloading or interfering with the operation of the service.
Non-compliance may lead to suspension of access, without prejudice to applicable legal actions under Law No. 30096 — Peru's Computer Crimes Law.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform — brand, logo, texts, designs, source code and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of ESCA — Estudio de Servicios Contables y Afines S.A.C. or its licensors, and is protected by Peruvian intellectual property law.

The user is authorized to access and use the content only under the terms of the contracted service, for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

ESCA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, nor that it is free of errors or elements introduced by third parties without its knowledge. We are not responsible for:

  • Interruptions due to maintenance, network failures or force majeure.
  • Losses arising from the user's improper use of credentials.
  • Changes in third-party services such as SUNAT that affect the operation of the applications.

Modifications and applicable law

ESCA may update these conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this site. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lima.

Law No. 29733 is the current regulation governing the processing of personal data in Peru. It guarantees the fundamental right to privacy, requiring prior, informed and express consent for the use of personal information. ESCA complies with this law in handling the data its users provide.
